Welcome to Home Plates LLC in Huntsville, TX. 

Besides playing baseball and football, my fondest memories growing up

were being in the kitchen helping my mother cook. 

I am sure I was in her way more than I was a help. However, I was allowed

to stay in the kitchen observing both wet and dry ingredients

become biscuits, cakes, fudge icing, meringue topped pies, candies

and main courses. My mother is no longer living, but the

recipes of my mother and grandmother live on through

Home Plates, LLC.
